Inspire Women’s Mental Health Support

St Hilda’s is also part of the Tower Hamlets ‘Inspire’ is a Mental Health Consortium made up of a total of 9 partner organisations. They have been commissioned by the London Borough of Tower Hamlets and are working together to create and deliver a new and innovative range of Mental Health, Recovery & Wellbeing Services across the Borough.

As part of this programme St Hilda’s provides a service to BME women aged between 18 to 65 years living in the Tower Hamlets area. The project targets women who are socially isolated and experiencing mental health issues. It aims to empower individuals and encourage integration back into the community by building self-confidence through group activities as well as one-to-one support.
