Tai Chi is a brilliant form of exercise that helps to improve both physical & mental health. The gentle form of Tai Chi is often described as meditation in movement, and is said to help balance, improve blood circulation, and combat the signs of ageing.
Come down for Tai Chi every Wednesday, 11am – 12pm, at St Hilda’s East Community Centre Main Hall!
The class is open to all levels of ability with no prior experience of Tai Chi needed. The class can be taken either seated or standing.
