Our over 50s in east London “Feeling Good” program welcomes people over 50 to take part in a variety of activities across the week aimed at reducing isolation and supporting physical and emotional wellbeing.
Feeling Good offers people, a variety of activities and lifelong learning including yoga, exercise, dance, social drop ins, health awareness and creative and craft sessions.
Our wide programme of activities includes:
