Over 50s Feeling Good at St. Hilda’s East
Our Over 50s Feeling Good programme in east London runs a variety of groups throughout the week to reduce isolation and support physical and emotional wellbeing. It welcomes anyone over 50 to join in social, creative, and active sessions that promote health, connection, and lifelong learning.
Activities include exercise, dance, social drop-ins, health awareness sessions, and creative workshops. Regular groups include Chit Chat Chai, seated exercise, bingo, Dance with Sadler’s Wells, Dancercise for Women, a walking group, and a men’s group.
The programme provides opportunities for older adults to stay active, meet new people, and enjoy shared experiences in a friendly, welcoming environment. Through movement, creativity, and conversation, participants build confidence and community connections.
We also collaborate with fantastic partners such as Sadler’s Wells and Historic Royal Palaces to offer enriching cultural and wellbeing activities that support a positive, active lifestyle for people aged 50 and over.
